🐾 ❤️ What a day at Strack! PTO treated our staff with a Reverse Trick-or-Treat, students and staff rocked their costumes, incentive parties were a hit, and our Cougars even got to pie the staff at lunch! A perfect mix of fun, laughter, and learning! ❤️🐾

❤️🎉🐾 Hard work, good choices, and taking care of business deserve to be celebrated! We rewarded our Cougars with no tardies, no referrals, and no outstanding fees for Quarter 1. Big shoutout to our PTO for keeping the celebration cool with snowcones and popcorn! 🍧🍿❤️

Ahoy, Cougars! 🏴‍☠️ Mr. Beach’s 6th grade ELA students brought Treasure Island to life with pirate board games, costumes, and a full-on classroom pirate party! Huge thanks to our amazing parents for helping make it a day to remember! 💙⚓️

🩺Our 6th grade math students became surgeons yesterday — and their patients’ lives depended on solving those equations! 💉🩹 So much fun, laughter, and learning as they “operated” their way through math problems to save the day! Way to go, math team! ❤️

🏐🎉 Our 7th Grade Volleyball B Team are District Champs! 🎉🏐 These Lady Cougars played with heart, teamwork, and determination all season long — and it paid off! Congratulations to our athletes and coaches on an incredible finish! ❤️🖤🐾

🎉 This week at Strack, we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with events and activities each day! 🇲🇽✨Staff joined in a week-long game of La Lotería, and we had six lucky winners! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us honor the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of our Hispanic community. ❤️🐾

🍊 Our amazing Strack staff CRUSHED Quarter 1! To celebrate, our leadership team rolled through the halls with our “Crush Cart,” delivering Crush sodas and a little surprise — mini piñatas filled with Mexican candy — in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month! 🇲🇽 We’re so proud of this incredible team and everything they do to make Strack such a special place to learn, grow, and celebrate together. ❤️🐾

The Strack Chamber and Symphony Orchestra students have been hard at work over the past two months preparing for Region auditions—and their dedication paid off! 🎻 EIGHT of our talented Cougars made it through both rounds and will be performing with the Region 9 Orchestras this November!!! We are so proud of their commitment, skill, and teamwork. Congratulations to all of our incredible orchestra students—you make Strack shine! ❤️🖤

🐝 Spelling Bee Tryouts! 🐝 Think you’ve got what it takes to be Strack’s next spelling champion? 🏆 Tryouts for the Spelling Bee will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, in the Multipurpose Room (1122). Students can register through the Google Form in Schoology by October 22. Don’t miss your chance to show off your spelling skills and represent Strack! 🍎 Cougar Teacher of the Month: Ms. Gonzalez- Ms. Gonzalez, one of our incredible Spanish teachers, brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything she does. She not only builds strong relationships with her students but also led our campus-wide Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations, showcasing the beauty and culture that make our community so special.

🍎 Cougar Paraprofessional of the Month: Ms. Assi- Ms. Assi keeps our Cougar Repair Center running smoothly, making sure every student has the technology they need to succeed. Always cheerful, helpful, and full of positivity, she jumps in wherever she’s needed and brightens every day with her smile. We’re so thankful she’s part of the Strack family! 🐾
